train in the intimacy of your room. The Technogym equipment is composed by the following items: the BIKE FORMA, flowing lines and soft materials add subtlety to the design of this fitness bike which ensures maximum comfort in minimum space; the WELLNESS PAD, A perfect blend: an excellent stretching mat that help you to do comfortably floor exercises; the WELLNESS BALL, for your stretching exercises grip for improving the tone and flexibility of the whole body, balance and posture; the WELLNESS RACK, a complete and elegant dumbbell set for strength training routines.
