2003 eröffnet, hat die Restaurant und Lounge Bar “Onice” mit Chef de Cuisine einen Michelin-Stern erhalten, dem eine Erwähnung im berühmten Führer “Espresso” folgte. Die luxeriöse und elegante Umgebung, der einwandfreie Service, die ausführliche Weinkarte, speziell mit wichtigen Rotweinen aus der Toskana, und die perfekte Zubereitung durch, dessen Gerichte sowohl kunstvoll als auch harmonisch sind, haben diese Erfolge für “Onice” möglich gemacht.

Zwei große, helle, gewölbte Glastüren trennen vom Garten und laden gleichzeitig Gäste ein, den großen Pool und den Jacuzzi für 20 Personen im Garten zu genießen.

Der Bereich für das Abendessen unter seiner gewölbten Decke ist mit satinbespannten Sesseln und Sofas und Glastischen möbliert, ein feines Grau, Elfenbein und ein Creme-Ton mit einer Note Kirschrot. Die lange, rechteckige Bar in Onyx- und Honigtönen schafft die ideale Atmosphäre für ein stimmungsvolles Zusammentreffen der Gäste. Die durchsichtigen Regale der Bar lassen die Flaschen und die kristallenen Gläser richtig zur Geltung kommen.

Der Chef Gerichte, in denen Geschmacksrichtungen verschiedener Kulturen zusammentreffen, der raffinierte Einsatz von Gewürzen durch den die traditionellen Speisen neu belebt werden sind in ihrer innovativen Art schon als Kunstwerke zu bezeichnen.
